Real estate photography is generally intended to help sell a property. Our photography is designed to help sell the quality of your work.

We focus on the design decisions, materials, craftsmanship, lighting, furnishings, architectural features, and details that make a project unique. The goal is to create images you can use to strengthen your portfolio, attract future clients, promote your business, and document your work.

Depending on the project, your gallery may include:

• Exterior and outdoor-living photographs

Rather than promising a fixed number of images, we deliver the usable photographs that best represent the project.

Yes. Every delivered photograph is individually reviewed and edited. Editing may include adjustments to lighting, color, perspective, vertical lines, window views, reflections, distractions, and other elements that affect the finished image.

More advanced editing is included when it is reasonably needed to present the project accurately and professionally.

Finished photographs are typically delivered within two business days after the session. We will communicate with you in advance if the size or complexity of a project requires additional time.

Your photographs will be delivered through an online gallery or download link.

You will receive high-resolution files for print and marketing use, along with web-resolution files that are easier to upload to websites, social media, and other digital platforms.

Yes. We do not limit your gallery to an unnecessarily small number of images. You will receive the usable photographs from the session after they have been reviewed and prepared.

Duplicate images, test exposures, missed-focus images, and photographs that do not meet our quality standards may be removed.

Original files may be provided upon request. Edited photographs will generally provide the best representation of the project and are recommended for public use.

Clients receive broad permission to use, share, publish, distribute, crop, and promote the delivered photographs for their business.

This includes use on websites, social media, advertisements, printed materials, presentations, award submissions, editorial submissions, and sharing with project partners, vendors, publications, and media contacts.

We may use selected photographs to promote our photography unless we agree that the project must remain private.

We do not publicly identify a homeowner, disclose a private residential address, or share personal information connected to a project.

That is completely fine. Please let us know before the session, and we will treat the project as private.

Privacy restrictions can also be limited to specific rooms, photographs, identifying details, or a particular period of time.

While you are invited to be present, we do not need you or homeowners to remain onsite for the entire session as long as access has been arranged and we have clear instructions about what should be photographed.

A brief walkthrough or shot list can be helpful when there are specific features or design decisions you want emphasized.

The space should be as clean and photo-ready as reasonably possible before the session. Counters, tables, floors, windows, and visible surfaces should be cleaned, and unnecessary personal items should be removed.

We may make small adjustments to décor, chairs, pillows, lighting, window treatments, and other items when doing so improves the photograph. Larger cleaning, furniture moving, staging, or installation work should be completed before we arrive.

Minor distractions can often be removed during editing. This may include cords, small reflections, temporary construction items, labels, or personal belongings.

Extensive digital removal, major reconstruction, or changes that significantly alter the actual design may require an additional editing fee.

Yes. We work carefully and respectfully in occupied homes. Personal information, family photographs, mail, medications, security details, and other private items can be moved, avoided, blurred, or digitally removed when necessary.

Yes. Exterior photographs can be scheduled around the lighting and appearance you want to capture. Morning, daytime, sunset, and twilight sessions are available depending on the property, weather, and project goals.

Yes. Short-form video, project walkthroughs, social media reels, aerial photography, and aerial video may be added to a photography session.

These services can be selected individually so the project can be built around the content you actually need.

Exterior photography may be rescheduled when rain, snow, wind, poor visibility, or lighting conditions would prevent the project from being represented properly.

Interior photography can often continue as scheduled unless the available natural light is especially important to the project.

Please review the finished gallery and let us know if an important requested photograph was missed.

When the issue can be corrected through editing, we will make the correction. When a necessary requested image was missed and a return visit is reasonably required, we will work with you to correct it.

Send us the project location, approximate size, preferred timeframe, and a brief description of what you would like photographed. Photos, plans, shot lists, or links to similar projects can also be helpful.
